my focus wheel is very free, or loose of you will. what I mean is it adjusts or rotates very easy.   Anyone else have this problem???  it makes it hard to keep in focus. if you adjust them look at something, and look at something again I have to readjust them everytime.....
I do use them alot, but have only had them a month.....

any suggestions?  is there away to tight it up???

thanks Sherman

ps.....other than this small problem I really like these optics...!!!!

Try a call or e-mail to Zen Ray.  Most of the ZEN ED 2 have a lot stiffer focus than the original ED, so there is likely something loose in yours.

Sorry I don't have the number handy, but they will answer your e-mail today.  They will probably call you today if you give them your number.  Saves your long distance costs that way.

Just a little update for every one,   I pm'd  Charles @ zenray about my little issue he said no problem we will take care of it.  Then I told him that my season starts Oct the 15 that I would send back if I could get them back ASAP he said tell you what, being we would be cutting things very close, we will just take care of you and send you another pair no questions asked how about that....!!!!

I was just blown away, CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS IS EXTREMELY RARE..!!!!!!
Moral of the story the new ones got here today, as promised.
