Hello everyone! I have been lurking for a while and have just now have a question that I have not been able to find an answer from using the search function. I purchased a zeiss 6x20x50 a while a go off the sample list and have now seen the new varmint reticle that they have for this model scope. I heard that zeiss would do a reticle switch for free from someone, but have not been able to find anyone else to back this up and I do not want to wait till tomorrow to give them a call. Any help that you experts can share with me would be greatly appreciated!

I would think a call would be your best bet, I have heard the free reticle swap talk but would rather hear that straight from zeiss before believing.Let us know what you find out....

the new 6.5x20 with the z reticle are about 1k. so a good plan is going to be buying old ones and sending them for new reticles???? I doubt it. I doubt they will replace it even if paid. But thats just speculation--- let us know.

I just gave them a call and they said that it would be 90 dollars. I got it referb off of the samplelist for 650 so it would still be cheaper than being new with the reticle I wanted.
