Does anyone know anything about these ? Are they a euro styled Conquest ? Or somthing more ?

The picture that I have seen of them look like a 30mm Zeiss Conquest.  I have no idea if there are any internal differences.
 
 
I also found this info....
Zeiss have made a new line of scopes

Duralyt is produced in germany like there top models victory and classic

thay make them in
Duralyt 1.2-5x36
Duralyt 2-8x42
Duralyt 3-12x50

prices in europe are about 1000$ (conquest about 700$ and victory from 1800$)
