In that class of scope the differences become very subtle really if possible you should look at the scope you are considering.  SWFA has been very understanding about allowing me to look a scope and decide if I liked it or not I have returned a couple of them and selected other models. You would not be able to mount the scope and it must remain in new condition but if you call and talk to them they will work with you on this high end glass because they want you to be happy.   Talk to them about your concerns and purchase what you believe you want.  Buy it look at it and if you decide something else would better fit your needs work with them to get what you want.  It will cost you shipping and insurance back to them if you exchange but ask first about that posibility as they tend to do some things for me that go over and above since I have purchased many scopes from them.

As Urimaginaryfrnd   said, there is not a huge difference here.  Much of it is personal preference and vision.  You should phone SWFA and talk to them in person.  Diavari would be my choice over the PH, but that is my preference.  I think the glass in the Diavari is better, the eye relief is definitely better, I like the "look and feel" better.  Nothing wrong with a PH, it is a good scope... but it is not a GREAT scope... to me.

+1,I'm with KB on this one, again personal taste.I compared my FL to my Z6i,I sold the Swaro thought the Fl glass offered a little more subtlety at least to my eyes.

I do not remember for sure, but Diavari Z is an older model, so make sure it is in good condition. Both scopes are good. I'd go with whichever one is newer and in better condition.

The Swaro PH is probably FFP, not sure about the Zeiss. The Zeiss has a slight edge in eye relief and FOV. Both have 30mm tubes, the Swaros is slightly longer but the Zeiss a hair heavier. Comparing optics itself, they're both very close so if you have a chance... look through both to see what appeals to you and your eyes. You didn't mention which model so I based it on the 2.5-10x42 platform. I like ILya's recommendation.
