Zeiss Conquest Duralyt vs. DL vs. Swarovski
|Post Reply Topic Search Topic Options|
I am in the market for a scope to mount on my Sako 85 Kodiak 375H/H & 338 WM.
Debating between Zeiss Duralyt vs. DL in either 1.2-5 x 36 or 2-8 x 42 with illuminated reticle or a used LNIB Gen 1 Swarovski Z6 1-6x24 (non illuminated reticle).
I really do not have much experience with illuminated reticles but I suppose it's nice to have the option. I can find pretty decent price for Duralyt but I wonder whether DL is worth the price difference of ~$350 compared to Duralyt.
Which magnification option would you recommend? Primary target species will be bears and moose.
What would be a reasonable price range for the LNIB Swarovski Z6 Gen 1?
Thanks in advance for your time.
