Hi every one
Can anyone please tell me how to remove the lenses on a Carl Zeiss Delactis binoculars made in 1922 as the need cleaning. Thanks Jeff.

That is not a "do it yourself" job. Don't do it.

Depends on which end you are talking about.

The objective end normally has a shroud cover that unscrews, under that is the doublet housing, there a retaining ring that needs to be unscrewed and doublet should fall out.
However! doing this needs some technical experience and knowledge as the optical alignment of the doublet has to be maintained, otherwise you are going to be looking cross-eyed.

The ocular tubes again normally unscrew from the prism cover plate. The eyepiece will unscrew, but the eyepiece ring is normally in two parts and the top section unscrews clockwise, the lower part anti clockwise, opposite to what you normally expect. Again taking the ocular assy apart takes experience and knowledge.

Unless you really know what you are doing, DONT!
