On the Sample list there are several pairs of Zeiss 8x20mm Classic binos, that are demos from the SHOT SHOW.  Not being familiar with the product line, correct me if I am wrong, aren't these in the Conquest line?  The model number on the box matches the model number on the Zeiss website for the Conquest 8x20mm binos.  My next question is, does anybody have any experience with this pair of binos, how do they compare with high dollar and other medium dollar binos and where would you find them to best used in the hunting arena?

They are essentially both. Zeiss renamed these under their Conquest line.  If memory serves it was done about the same time as they discontinued the 10x40 ClassiCs. I believe (but am not certain) that around this same time they received some upgrades to their coatings. The real kicker is to make sure that the ones you buy have both the T* and P* coatings.

These are quite good.  They lack the dialectric coatings of the Victory compacts and they also have old-style rubber eyecups but, they are still at least as good as (if not better than) anything else in their price class.  They are exceptionally small and light which make them very easy to carry around - even in the breast pocket of a shirt.
