I have a older Zeiss Diatal-C 4X32T    Would this be a decent scope to use for squirrel hunting!

Yes, I would think that would be perfect.

What rings do you use?

What size of tube is it?

What rifle do you plan on using?

What bullet?

Im not sure what size tube was standard on these!  I am using a original 52B sporter that was drilled and tapped and have been using eley red ammo. The gun currently has a Leupold 10x with a AO! I have a Kimber custom match that has this Zeiss scope on it and I thought I would try it!

4x has always been a stable mate for the rimfires, I think the Zeiss would be a perfect fit for you application.
