anyone use the Zeiss 1.5-6x42 with the ill ret?

# 0 (just a dot)
or 54?

I kind of like the look of this one better vs. the Zeiss model listed.

looking at that as well
it's the older BE3 illumination vs the newer BE4 illumination
(just called)

trying to get an idea on what exactly the difference is

the BE4 has a wider range of adjustment

man, I spoke with Swarovski and am now considering the 1.7-10x42 as it has a wider field of view top and bottom

FYI...  Check the reticle subtensions.  The dot in the center may be larger than you may be looking for if you want to shoot longer than 100 yards.
 
Passed on one for a 7a reticle as the subtensions were smaller so I could shoot farther and still see the target...
