Here it is.  I blame it on Cheaptrick.  I got the XLR chasis for my 22-250.

Was that a Remington SA. How much is the weight difference with the new platform?

It is a Rem 700 SA.  It adds a bit of weight, but the 22-250 had never really be a carry rifle for me.  Set up and call or wait, so I am not too concerned about weight.

Which model is that, Andrew? Isn't there like 3 different configurations of that chassis?

It is the Tactical Evolution Chasis.  You can chose forearm length color.  Folding stock and lost of other options.  They were great to work with.  I find it really comfortable to get behind.

I paired it with the SS scope of course.  Also has a 30 moa Seekins base and rings.  Might try for that 1000 yard pd club this summer.

Very nice?

Is setting up on it similar to an AR or does it retain some "bolt gun" feel?

I have yet to find a chassis system that feels like a bolt gun.  I MUCH prefer bolt guns to ARs, so have little interest in making a bolt gun feel AR-ish.
