dunno where else to post this. But I received my browning x-bolt .30-06 for x-mas last year and the guy at basspro sold my mom 1" scope rings. I just bought myself a Z6i 2-12x50 which is 30mm...

I can't seem to find any one who carries the 30 mm scope mounts... but I did do some research and found that leupold makes base mounts or something?

anyone have any idea what I could do?

thanks,

Jack

I have Talley all steel mounts in both 30mm and 1" on several rifles. They are by far and away my favorite for a fine hunting rifle like the Browning.
They are available here, at this forums sponsor, for a great price.

A lot of folks here also like the Talley light weight aluminum mounts, too.
Their machining is top drawer. The steel models are made from 4140 the last I checked, great steel.

Talley makes the four screw mounts for the X-Blot. The folks at SWFA can help you out, I'm sure. If you give them a call they will steer you right.

Talley does indeed make an X-Bolt mount. I know first hand as I picked up a 30mm instead of a 1" and had to return them for a swap out. Loco

sure enough... talley makes browning's x-bolt mounts FOR browning...

I called them, they are in SC (where I live)

they can now sell directly to me (the guy said before they weren't allowed to because of the contract with browning) but now they can sell directly to the public... (I called browning first, and even they were sold out, so thank God I find them!)

thanks to all!

Talley mounts are top-notch!  You can't go wrong with their products.
