Found a monocular at the local gunshop.  It is very small about 3"X3" overall.  It is finished in a crinkle coat finish....this poses a problem.....it makes the marking hard to read.  They look like from the top to bottom  CIRCLE ?IMING MI/EK Co. FJA 1945.  The coating is a brownish color.  Best guesses?  value?

Dated 1943, not 1945.  Also CIRCLE AIMING.

Looks a little like a sighting aid for a gun mount.
It may actually be a magnifier that helps see the setting circles.

I was at the Lakeland, Fl gunshow this weekend. While there I found a Technical Manual on a Circle, Aiming, M1. It shows this monocular as part of a aiming device for artillery.
