I'm trying to sell a Bushnell Elite 3200 10x40 fixed power scope on a few other sites. I had someone offer me a Simmons Pro Hunter Simmons Pro Hunter 6-24x42 AO, mil dot, model 807703 that was made in the Philippines + $50. Is that a fair trade? Looking at these scopes they seem to be priced pretty similar to the Bushnell. What kind of quality are these compared to the Bushnell? I'm just wondering if I should do that trade as I'd like that magnification a lot more plus, I really want an adjustable objective. I can't decide if I want to take this or hold out for cash.

It really depends on what you want nobody can really tell you if you will like the other scope better.  Probably what you need to ask yourself is would you buy that scope if you had cash if the answer is no then you probably should not make the trade. -

I guess I probably shouldn't then as I don't think I'd buy this scope. I mean, it has the features I want, but if I was going to shell out the cash for a scope in this price range I'd spend the little bit extra and get a Vortex that's on clearance and know that I'm getting a good scope with a warranty.
