Anybody have anything to say about wotac variable power scopes? I posted a thread awhile back about a vortex viper vs a 16x ss for my sav 308. The viper is out. Now after some research this wotac scope has cought my eye. Please speak up if you have seen one fail or handled one and noticed somthing you didnt like..

Dont take yourself to seriously

They break. Often.  And aren't as good about getting out replacements as they once were.

Buy an SS and be done.

Respect is something you earn.
Equality is something you whine about not being given.

If you go with the SS save up and go with the HD model.  I don't like the fact the plan ones suck in low light. other than that great scope
I wasn't upset about the black cat crossing my path this morning but mouthing "your fu@#ed" as he passed was just rude.

If Guns kill people mine are all defective

I bought one last year and it was a dud, turrets didnt work right. I sent it back to swfa and got a replacement and it has been great so far, tracks well and holds zero, I have around 280shots of 223 using it and it's still good, I had it out just yesterday shooting with it.!

I did notice that he has released a new ffp model, I dont know what kind of glass it is using, The scope looks completely different.

Well, I have an update,  my wotac has about 450 223 rounds through it, then decided to put on my 308, it now has around 100rds 308 through it and still works great.
