The Blue Book of Gun Values by S.P. Fjestad is what I use.  If you'd like, send me a pm with which one you're interested in and I'll tell you what it lists for.

Auctions sites are a great way to check out the going on's with pricing, and maybe even find a deal or two

Find a local dealer or gunsmith with FFL to transfer for you.

I like Gunsamerica.com better than Gunbroker.com. but that is just a personal thing more dealers that I buy from are there. GA is more of a classifieds than an auction.

I am trying to get some info rounded up for insurance purposes.  My insurance guy wants to know what we have of value and what the values are...  Having trouble getting pricing on some guns...  Here is the list that I am working on...
- Browning .270 Winchester A-Bolt with BOSS
- Ruger 10/22
- Remington 870 Express Super Mag
- Yugo 59/66A2
- 2 x Mosin Nagant 91/30
- Savage 93R17-FV
- Savage 93R17-B
- Hi-Point 9mm Comp
If anyone can help let me know...  The ones I am having the most trouble are bold.  Thanx in advance...

Why dont you join the NRA and ask them about insurance for you guns at least they wont be trying to take them away.  Who knows when the insurance company will say we cant insure your house for personal injury accidents and fire because you have firearms and gunpowder on the premisis.  They may not be there yet but do you trust them. There is no priviledged client relationship like with a priest or attorney or doctor.  Many policies cover unscheduled personal property and limit gun coverage and certain other things to very low amounts.   In general insurance companies always screw you the way they do business is always stacked in their favor.
