Hey all,

I am thinking about getting a Trijicon scope to put on a .325 WSM.  It has a bit of a kick.

On their website they have the obvious 50 bmg, but recommend their ACOG for that not an accupoint.

I was wondering if those that have them think it they will handle the recoil of the .325?

Ive heard of several on big heavy hitters.  They use them on big hitters over in africa for safari's too.  I think you would be fine.

My 3-9 X 40 Accupoint spent some time on a fairly lightweight 30-06 (shooting 180 grainers) without any hiccups. It's now on a Finnlight 7mm-08 doing just fine.

That Trijicon will take a 1000 rounds of recoil, and laugh, "325 what?"

Watching the Outdoor and Sportsman Channels I see guys shooting 375 H&H's all the time with an Accupoint on top.

Trijicon says "no problem", I asked a similar question a few years back (8-pound 300WM.)

Great choice.
Freedom is something you take.
Respect is something you earn.
Equality is something you whine about not being given.
