I purchased my S1 3-9X40 with Mil-Dot from (competitor).  I use it on a DPMS upper, A3 16" bull barrel battle sight zeroed @ 50 yards. That allows me to shoot from 5 to 200 yards and never be more than 2" high or low of POA.  Paid about $125.00.  www.(competitor)usa.com  I purchase most of my items there.  My SS 10X42 and Aimpoint ML2 came from SWFA.......of course.  I would have bought my Sightron @ SWFA also, but they did not carry the line.

Oops, they will not post the competitor web site.

Hu100...

Thanks for the reply...I notice that your post was edited for any reference to other dealers. I see now that is probably why there are no other replies.

I must have had a temporary brain lock when I asked that question on this particular forum.

This is SWFA's forum after all!

I don't know what I was thinking...sorry about that guys, it really didn't cross my mind.

I bought my Sightron's elsewhere: either at the competitor that is blocked out above or on Ebay.  These two sources provide the best prices so far.

SWFA also may be able to order one for you.  You can try contacting them.

Let me know which model you are interested in and I will call a few distributors and get pricing.  It will be less than you can find anywhere else...I promise.

That's probably the best price I've seen yet.

Hey Chris, I was interested in the 3-9x42 model as well and just may order one from you. I was also interested in a fixed power Sightron SII in 4x32. The cheapest Ive found was $198.00 which is more than the 3-9 x 42. Could you give me your price on this scope (4x32)? Thanks, I really dont want to order from anywhere else.

Hi Chris. I'm new to the forum, and looking for a Sightron S2 3-9x50mm. These scopes are being discontinued, according to Sightron. You may still be able to get one, but I'm not sure if they have any left in stock. I was wondering what your price would be on one of these. I have seen them advertised elsewhere for 199.95. These normally sold for about $325, before they decided to discontinue them. Thanks.

Thanks Chris. I thought I would ask here first to see if you could get one. In your opinion, do you think this scope would be a good choice for a Rem 700 SPS in .270 WSM? I have narrowed my choices between the SII 3-9x50, and the Leupold VX-II 3-9x50. Speaking of the Leupold, what price could you sell me one of those for? Thanks again for your help.

I have never used a Sightron nor compared them in to anything so I'm not much help there.  People that use them seem to like them.

Leupold VX-II 3-9x50.....$349.95
