Considering the similarity I personally would pick the Primos. I will say thought that the 4-16x40 Bushnell 4200 is one of my favorites and I find the added power useful on the range while the difference between 3x and 4x seems like little to give up to go up seven power on the top end. I do have a couple of 50mm scopes and you can have a brighter exit eye pupil but only at about one power higher, so I say go 40mm have it lay closer to the barrel be handy but consider increasing the magnification.

I agree, there would be no appreciable gain in going to the 50mm in the given power range. That being the case, the added power isn't going to make or break the abilities. You'd likely never really see much of a difference power wise. Take the Primos, the glass is that of the Monarch, just rebadged.

The Monarch has a bigger eye box than the Team Primos. Which is in fact a re-marked Monarch UCC not a Monarch. The newer Monarchs have better field of view, eye relief and a 42mm or a 50mm objective will suit you just fine. Hope this helps

Right, I think I cannot mistake with this quality ,but at last I tray 2,5-10X 50 Monarch. I think I won t apreciate big differences between both, but I buy more quality, maybe in future I ll need. Because I ll only buy one
Thanks at all

cyborg,  I have been looking at these Primos, what exactly does it mean to be re badged( may be a dumb question and believe I know but--)?  If they have the same glass and warranty as a Monarch i just have to think its a good buy for the money.  Thanks, Tim

Only the name on the side of the scope is different other than that it is the same as the Monarch UCC. When it was a Monarch UCC they sold for over 300 I know for sure I believe it was around $350.
