Are Kahles CL, Leupold VX-III and Ziess Conquest scope lens Coated, Fully Coated, Multi-Coated or Fully Multi-Coated?

They are all fully multi coated.

So can I infer that the difference in optics quality of their respective scopes is in the quality of each ones glass or can their be a difference in multi coating quility or both?

Actually its both and several more, The quality and purity of the raw glass as well as the grinding and polishing process. The coatings quality (a closely guarded secret) as well as number of coats also helps determine light spectrum correction and transference. Internal blackening to control stray light is another factor. In terms of actual optical quality, the kahles would be first followed by the conquest and then the leupold. Check out the SWFA scope rating chart on the bulletin board for a look at how most scopes stand from an overall viewpoint.
