I'm getting a zeiss conquest to out on my Howa 1500 in .300winmag(lightweight profile) and I need a base and rings. What will be the lightest and best at handling the recoil of this rifle?

I've got a set of these on mine.  LUV 'em.  Call SWFA and they'll set you up with the correct ones.

That's what I used on my 300 Win Mag. It was just another great recommendation gleaned from this forum.

Go with the Talley one-piece, you'll be fine.
