not too sure about your gun...... but I'm going to say the Zeiss Conquest 3-9X40.  Next would be the 4200 Elite 3-9X40.

Both good suggestions above, I own both and concur. You may also consider the nikon monarch.

i would take either or myself i have a 4200 and a monarch and besides the rainguard feature on the 4200 they are very close, the conquest will have a bit better glass than those two, and will also cost more $450 if you buy it from swfa, as opposed to less than $300 for the other two

The 3x9x40 conquests are always floating around for $399 or even less after the spring trade shows.

Either one would be good, but I would lean toward the Zeiss Conquest.....

thought I would clear up my previous post regarding the rifle...... I meant I didn't know what it looked like...... so wasn't too sure how those scopes would look/fit sitting on top  of it!  Hopefully.. they look/fit great!

There is sure nothing wrong with the 4200 elites, I would suggest you go where you can look thru both. That way you can compare reticles and optics as well as which appeals most to your eyes. The 4200 will be the best for price and the rainguard, the conquest will probably most impress with the reticle and optics as well as the longer constant eye relief. I got one of each laying right here next to me and they are both quality scopes that will serve you well.....
