I have pretty much just used American Eagle FMJ, but have some Fiochi hollow points as well.

It's one of the cheeper 9mm ammo's out there, but it seems to be fairly accurate.

What does everyone else prefer in the 9mm category?

For self defense?
I like Winchester 115gr. "P" Ranger's and 124gr. Lawman Gold Dots in my G-17.

Plinking, whatever I can get.

I shoot whatever I find cheap. I've got a glock 17 with a lasermax that will shoot anything I feed it. I've also got a 92FS inox that is a little more picky on shells but not much more. It doesn't like anything not brass cased. My 995 carbine shoots anything I feed it.

I've got a box of DRT ammo for unwelcome home visitors, and other than costing 5 times more than Wolf 9mm I can tell no difference in accuracy.

My brother had some wolf ammo. I didn't like it, as it had a purple primer that seemed to make a mess inside his gun (took me extra long time to clean it for him)

For defensive loads I still have a bunch of Win 147gr Black Talons, and some Fed Hydra-Shoks.
For plinking, I like Win White Box and Fiocchi.

For general shooting, the 124 gr NATO loadings from who ever has the best price per 1000.
I won't ever use a 115 gr of any kind for self defense use. I have had a total lack of penetration with +P 115 gr loads on small critters like porcupine and opossum. I would expect an exit with animals that size. It has happened yet.
I bought a 1000 of the 147 gr Federal hollow points and they seem to work okay. When they're gone I'm going back to a 124 gr HP.

I carry either Hornady XTP or Speer Gold Dot.  I shoot a lot of reloads with Rainiers.

I like Winchester, Federal, Fiocchi and S&B in about that basic order for blasting.  Like 115 grain hollow points better than the 124 and have no use to 147.  Pefer 115 gr +p Corbon, but will make do with Gold dots or 115 grn Federal plain jain.

When I had a 9mm I carried hydra shock Federal or Winchester Silvertip and used ball for practice.  I finally gave up on 9mm and gave one of my buddies my 9 ammo.  I use a 40 mostly now but prefer a 45.

I second the Lawman 115 for really nice practice/target ammo.

I use whatever I can get cheap, usually American Eagle or similar.  My 9mm is used strictly for plinking, so I'm not too picky about ammo for it.  I use a Colt .357 loaded with Black Talons or Hydra-Shoks for serious stuff.
