I thought they were discontinued but I see they are back on the SWFA website. Anybody have any info on this and are they the same scopes that used to be on the website? Or am I just crazy?Loco

Yes they were discontinued when ATK bought Weaver from Meade.I have two of them I bought on closeout last month.I like the Iluminated dot & side focus, optics are crystal clear and bright. At closeout the price was under $300.Nice scope as good as my 4200 Elite and I think the scopes are made in the same factory L.O.W.in Japan.SWFA would honor any competitors price.

I picked up a couple also. I was just wondering because they were absent from the SWFA website for a few months and now they're back on there.

I got an email from ATK,they were not making the scope because they just bought the company from Meade and wanted to market other scope's .The email said it was a good scope made by L.O.W.in Japan but never sold well, the remaining inventory was sold to a major internet company.

Thanks for the info. I really like mine. I think they're great scopes. I have a 2.5x10x50 on a Tikka stainless varmint in 308 and a 1.5x4.5x24 on a Sig 556. They both have the #4 reticle.

I'm looking for a sunshade for the 2.5-10 x 50, has anyone found one?
