In reading advertisements for the various telescope manufacturers, some indicate their scopes are "water-proof & fog-proof" while some only claim the scopes are "water-proof". What is the difference?  Are some nitrogen filled and others not, or if a scope is "water-proof" is it automatically "fog-proof?   Jim
