You might want to double check that. I bought a pair of binos from the sample list. I need to have them looked at and when I contacted Kahles they informed me they weren't under warrranty as I was not the original owner. So now I have a very expensive pair of binos that do not focus properly at infinity.
Just thought I pass the info on take it for what it is worth. |

I read that at Kales web site that if you are not the original owner they are not covered.

If you send it in, they will not refuse it. I'm pretty sure they don't track the warranty cards, they just say that to keep the flood gates from opening with scopes to be repaired. They don't want a black eye.

Jhseckinger -
DrakeTaker is exactly right. In fact, when I called in on something where I wasn't the original owner, they encouraged me to send it in. Regardless of who owns it, they don't want problems with any of their scopes in consumer's hands.
