i have a mossberg atr .30-06 and i love that gun.  i got the crappy scope it came with and am looking for a new one.
my only real requirements are:

that it zooms on the first focal plane,
has "resettable zero" turrets
anywhere from $100 to $450
has mil dot reticle
have the ability to interchange scope from rifle to rifle.

ive looked and looked and i cant find a scope (reasonably priced) that has all of that! am i just asking too much?
thanks for all the help!
Dean

He said he wanted one that zooms (which generally means a variable), so those two are probably out of the equation...

Best thing you could do is save some extra money and buy the Super Sniper Variable.  It has what you are looking for and is a great scope.
