How are these in the tracking and durability department?

Are they ok for a 30-378?

Thank you!

never had any issues with mine.  Had several.  Just as some reassurance Vortex has a no questions lifetime transferable warranty to take care of you if you ever did have issues.

I bought a 2-7x32 Viper w/C3 reticle for my 9.3x62 (8 1/2lbs) I guess going on 2yrs now?   I've got 2 boxes of factory ammo, load development, and last yrs hunting under it's belt so far.  I feel confident enough in it that I recently bought a used Viper just like mine. And as G says they've got a GREAT warranty to cover any issues.
How much does your .30-.378 weigh?  One member here has had a 2-7x32 Viper on his .375 H&H on his SS M70 longer than I've had mine.

Max Elevation Adjustment 75 MOA

Does that mean if you're sighted in the optical center you have 37.5 up and 37.5 down?

Yes, but probably plus or minus a few as well.
If it is tourist season, why can't we shoot them?
