Anyone had any experience with the Vortex line of Viper scopes?  I've looked through the Razor binoculars and was totally blown away by the clarity of the lenses and quality of workmanship of the binos.  I know comparing binos to rifle scopes is like comparing apples to oranges, but I haven't found anyone who has had an opinion on these scopes.  Looks like a lot of bang for the buck.  30mm tubes, side focus, argon gas purging and least of all, LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Only high magnification Viper scopes have 30mm tubes.  The rest are 1".  Either way, these are good scopes with awesome customer support.  OPtically, they seem on par with Nikon monarch.

The only drawback seems to be a short eye relief. So on a rifle with lots of recoil, could be a problem.

I have looked through a couple and they seem to be very nice. a little finicky though, overall appear to be well made though, and the glass is pretty good as well. I would look at the relief though depending on the intended application, and the way you shoot, 300 win mag would be the max I would put one on, of course chicks dig scars.
