In my previous post I was leaning towards the Trijicon 5x20 but after some research I am liking the Vortex Viper PST 4-16X50
Here is my question
I know the reticle changes sizes with the FFP model
If I were to go with the second plane focal model what would the reticle look like constantly
This
or this

I agree the reticle will look large and having owned both scopes I say buy the 5-20x50 Super Sniper instead. I find the accupoint a better hunting scope than the Vortex because the illumination in the accupoint is far superior to any other illuminated system out there in my opinion. The Accupoint only has 50 moa of internal adjustment so not a ultra long range scope but great glass and very nice feel to the controls. Between the Accupoint and the Vortex I would buy the Accupoint unless you plan to shoot past about 600 yds then hands down buy the 5-20 SS .
