I've used all of the Vector models, they are the defacto standard of binocular laser rangefinder.  The 21's are US military issue in all services.  They are expensive, but the features and quality are worth it to those who require the best.  I do somtimes get factory refurbed demo units for sale at reduced prices.  Factory new units are also available.  Unless you need the full feature set and can spend upwards of $7000, the Swarovski is probably the way to go.  If you need 2K to 10K performance, the Vectors are the only way to go.  Feel free to contact me for details if you really want a set.
