This one...
The IOR is a very good scope, but the SS does the same thing, for less money and better glass.

Welcome to The OT.

What sort of application and range do you anticipate? Price range maximum?

24X on the top is allot of power, and 6X at the bottom is not low enough for some applications.  Let us know budget and expected max ranges.  In that category, the IOR is not bad, the SS is a great scope for the money, but neither would be my first choice for your rifle.

That is a very impressive rifle it deserves a top quality scope if you can go first class you should buy once rather than make do.   Rancid has owned all of thes so he really is the one to ask about the fine points of each but I suspect he likes the Premier the best where my first pick would be Heinsoldt but I would be overjoyed to have any of them my nice scopes are SS 5-20 and Leupold Mk4s and this stuff is way better.  I think these are in a better power range than the 6x bottom end. I can live with 6x but these would be better.

Actually, the 4-16 Hensoldt it probably my favorite.  It gives up nothing to any other scope I own (though I am not a huge fan of their illumination controls) and has the very best eye box of any scope I have ever used.

Choice 1 for me, given unlimited budget, would be the 4-16 FFP Hensoldt, with Premier 3-15 running a close second, but second nonetheless.

Mr Thunderchild ...

the AW .308 is a VERY accurate tool. And they instructed me it is always advisable to have a better targeting device than a targeting tool

Buy the Hensoldt-Zeiss
