How would the Sightron SII WP 10x50 stack up to the 6x30 Yosemites? The Pentax PCF WP II 8x40? Im looking for a pair of binos to leave in the truck. Possibly a back up pair for deer hunting in NC where low light performance is needed. Dont want to cry if they get damaged or stolen.  My only binoculars that I have are Leupold Olympic 10x50 and they have been great.  Could I expect that any of these would be close to my Olympics in performance? Thanks

That is a fairly wide range of difference in power selections. If you want something to throw in the truck and just leave there how about a armored pair used off of samplelist.  If you want new I'd look at Sightron S3
5283 Steiner 8x30 Predator 286, Green rubber armored finish, high contrast, individual eye focus, stays focused at any distance, porro prisms, factory refurbished, some handling wear. $149.95
