The end of my 80MM scope is threaded. Is there any way of adapting a camera lens filter to a spotting scope. Thanks for any help.

Yes.

You will need to take it into a camera shop and try different sizes, as the objective is 80mm, but the threading is likely something else.

Be sure to get a high-quality UV filter, so you don't lose too much performance.

Thanks for the quick reply Matt. That's what I will do. I use it at the range and with everyone starting to use muzzle breaks I didn't know if the flying powder would damage my lens or not. Thanks again.

Matt is right. Make sure the filter you buy is on pair in quality with your lens. Some thing like that big is going to cost you for good one. Both UV or Sky Light will work.

I have a Bushnell Spacemaster scope with a 80 mm lens. I need a new lens cap but cannot find any. Otherwise, I may get a filter for protecting the lens. Any help on getting a lens would be appreciated.
