Hi all, here's a two parter for you all.

1)  What's your opinion of a Burris 2x7 Compact Scope (Item # 200375) ?  Also what's a good price for one new in box?

2)  How would you compare the above scope to a recent Leupold VX-II 2x7 Ultralight (compact)?

Any opinions or comments would be great!!

All the best!

Greg

DING Brick Hit this series is not a winner, while the 2-7 is better than the other Burris compacts they had issues at their higher power. While quite useable at the low end of the power scale the high powers really suffered from very unforgiving eye relief and were not a good choice.  The Leupold scopes like them or not tend to have good eye relief and tend to be useable for their intended purpose.  Burris customer service has had two opportunities to make scopes right for me in the last several years - they wont get a third shot as they have failed me twice.
