Hi,

Isn´t that Weaver (or a Weaver-clone) ?
The screws and the rest of the bottom halves shrieks WEAVER, the top halves are nowadays made of "bent plate".
I´ll have a look in my "old ring box" and return......

Thanks guys.  I was thinking Weaver as well but I'm coming up empty.  I'm wondering if they could be of foreign manufacture.

Clutch,

I found a matching pair in the "old ring box". They have no markings, the big locking screw looks the same as the more recent Weaver rings. The 4 small screws to the top half doesn´t look like the more recent "bent plate" type screws. (different head and recess for screwdriver)
It could be a Weaver-clone, I know Sako once made Weaver-like rings but I don´t have any to compare with in my box.

Found some Weaver hinged flip-to-side rings in the box that I had totally forgot about Loco
There was a guy looking for that type to a "project- rifle" - nice find Wink

Looks like "Wide View" brand to me.  They made/make a VERY similar weaver style ring.

I mis-recollected they are most probably Kwik Site brand rings.

Thanks!  That KS-350 looks really close!  I might be able to get some old Weaver knobs to use on those guys.

Got the Kwik-site rings.  They are close but not a match.  I'm disappointed that the pics on their site are misleading.

Did you try looking for vintage rings on some of the auction sites?  Don't know why I didn't suggest this before.

I've tried Ebay and Gunbroker.  Are there any other good ones?

A uction A rms is another.  Local gunshows sometimes also are good places to find vintage rings like these.

I am assuming we won't get in trouble mentioning the other sites as we are discussing something SWFA doesn't carry.
