I recently picked up a Accupoint TR24-3 and mounted in on an AR. After about 500 rounds the fiber optic light guide fell to the bottom of the reticle. The scope still functioned acceptably; you just had to overlook the little part flopping about at the bottom of your field of view.

I sent an email to Trijicon and received an RMA number the next day. I sent the scope back for repair and within about 3 weeks the scope was returned fully repaired. Over-all, they were responsive and repaired the scope in a reasonable time-frame. With all the negative things we hear about customer service these days, I thought I should give credit where it is due.

Well... I have a follow up to my glowing report before. I finally got around to really shooting the scope they returned to me. It turns out in the process of "repair" they somehow knocked the reticle out of alignment. Now the scope signifficantly (like you completely miss a plate at 100 meters) changes point of aim when magnification is adjusted.

I contacted them and informed them of the issue and it took a nearly a week to get me a call tag. They also hemmed and hawed about exchanging the scope for a different one. I am sending it in tomorrow. I understand they want to confirm the issue before they decide how to handle it. We will see how it goes.

I've (unfortunatley) used their service on two out of four Accupoints. Each time the repair was quick. The first scope came back with grease on an inside lense surface. The second one was fine. I have a third with a minor issue that I've decided to live with. FWIW, the absolute best cs I've received was from Zeiss. The slowest was Bushnell. My luck with scopes isn't exactly the best though, as some on here will attest. I have a rare gift of receiving the one bad scope in the lot.

Unfortunately, while they said it would only be a few days to confirm the issue, I haven't heard a thing back. I think I need to officailly retract my good customer service review.
