New to the board and my first post. I want a scope with an illuminated recticle for night hog hunting. I have never seen or looked thru an Accupoint so I would like to hear from Accupoint users. Clarity, illumination? Good? Bad? My other option is a Leupold VXIII 1.5x5 illuminated recticle.
I am an Ar15 addict and the the 6.8! My son is a hunting guide in the "River of No Return" wilderness area of Idaho. He gave me a spring black bear hunt. This is a picture of my first bear and probably the first killed with a 6.8

Welcome teacher.
I would go with the Trijicon. They are very nice for lowlight hunting. You can get one in a low power range that will do a very good job for a dangerous game gun as well.
