I agree with noddah.  It bears a striking resemblance to a Tikka T3.

Looks like the Sako A7 is the mirror model to the Tikka T3.  I'm a fan of the T3 layout; so this model should be a bonus.

The fact it's priced lower than the 85 doesn't necessarily mean it would be lower quality.  Maybe they just simplified the action and offer fewer options, both of which would lower manufacturing costs.  From that link, it appears it is only available in 2 action lengths and only with a synthetic stock.  I like the fact it is departing with the tapered scope mount bases.  I couldn't tell from the link whether or not the Weaver style bases were integral, as on the T/C Icon or if they were separate bases that just happen to come already bolted on the receiver.  It would be a huge improvement if those bases were integral with the receiver!  I'd imagine the action would be very similar to the 85 action, given that it has a 3 lug bolt.  But, since they are new and I've never seen one, all of this is just speculation.

The 85 replaced the 75.  This rifle looks to be geared toward a lower price point alternative to the 85 in a synthetic stocked only version to compete with the M700's, M70's of the world price-wise.
