This year's Tide D is the best defensive unit I think I've ever seen since I started watching college football.

28 yards of TOTAL offense in the 2nd half....The defense which has carried the team all year didn't quit, they just didn't show up.
Reports of separating the guys turning pro from practices the past few weeks also, which I find disturbing. I like Coach Mac, but the "ain't it cool", "gee golly shucks, we'll whoop 'em next year" deal s wearing thin. Nick Saban would have some heads rollin with that effort. Or the lack of effort, I should say. |

Look on the bright side, Gatorites...at least you ain't having to endure the curse of being an A&M fan like me! Take every issue you cite with the Gators, multiply by 3, and you have my reality! My team teases me just enough to give me optimism, only to dash my hopes and kill my spirit at mid season. And they do this to me year after year. Wash, rinse, repeat.

No probably not so enjoy the excitement for the next two years because he's only a sophomore.
Not many here have been following Stanford but Mccaffery's been doing this the entire season, not just yesterday's game. He had another 60+ run for a TD but it was called back because of a holding penalty. From SC this morning: Christian McCaffrey: 4 games of 350+ all-purpose yards this season. No other FBS player has done it even once. |
