I don't live far from that address, he must be doing it out of his garage. Thats a residential neighborhood off of Old Rocky Ridge Road in Vestavia Hills.

I had a 3-dot reticle put in a 3.5-10X Tasco WCP several yrs. ago, and it's just great. Michael O'Donnell is the owner now, and he does all of Wally Siebert's reticles out of WA.

Didn't Siebert do conversions on Leo scopes? Like a 12x to a 12x pistol for T/C back in the late 80's? I remember alot of excitement back then by people using these and 24x on 14" T/C out to 600-800 yds. with 4-6 inc groups. Dennis Bellam from P.O Ackley was building barrels and there was an active web site. this and lee companty- and to think tactical shooters think they invented something.
