Ted Nugent was hauled in and questioned yesterday in Oklahoma City because Obama disliked his speaking out against him. Ted Nugent was accused of making Veiled Threats. Looks like another power play and abuse of power using the Secrete Gestapo Service as a weapon to beat down the legal U.S. Citizens.

Announced by the State Police Starting today and for the next 9 days the Highway patroal and all City Police will be out in force with a sweep to crack down on all traffic violations. No warnings will be issued. Oklahoma was targeted along with one other state for a Federal test to see if an increased enforcement crack down will make people sheep more in tune to following the laws and obeying the police.

Ted's in OKC? Maybe he'll call...
LOL

That's funny about making OK a testing ground for law enforcement heavy- handedness. Don't they recognize a bunch of knotheads when they see them?

I'm not taking up for the SS, or the Obama Admin., but with what Ted said, I expected he would have to talk to the SS. He went in volantarily, and was not hauled in. He was also let go, with no further action.
With that said, I had a friend who was visited by the SS, because someone sent a threatening letter to the local paper and signed his name. His experience with the SS was not pleasent, and he was not charged either, and from his discription, I find that SS fits better than Secret Service.
I'm sure Ted will choose his words carefully next time.

In the mean time, Ted Nugent has been dropped from the line-up for the Fort Knox Summer Concert, because of this incident. Oh well, I wasn't going anyway.

Remember; Oklahoma was the only State that had 100% of the counties vote against Obama in the last election.  Yippee

It would be interesting if there had been one county that didn't...just to see if they'd leave that one alone. Personally, I think the Nuge was careless and the SS probably acts independent of the Administration on things like this. Still, it looks bad for Obama & Co. when the boys get caught getting some offshore weenie waxing, like they can't mind the store.

The SS have no worries when outside the country. There has never been anyone more destructive  the American Constitution and American way of life than Obama. None would do harm to him.

If they really wanted a reaction they should have tried the heavy handed approach in Texas,   those boys down in OK are too busy noodeling for catfish to notice.

Homeland Security Teams on the interstate doing searches now they practice this state wide lets f with everything  - it does make you wonder what these fools are planning next.  Ive seen a lot of heavy handed changes in LE here with camera enforcement etc.  Cameras everywhere. Shocked

Whats worse its getting hard to find small pistol primers. Whatever here we go again.

5 amendment is only for political insiders. Anyone else it is considered a confession.

Seriously doubt if he was there without counsel. My question is, Is it the same counsel that reprensented him on his poaching charge in Alaska, that was just settled days ago, or is the whole thinga coincedence? (no, I don't believe in coindedence )

I don't think it was the same counsel as the Alaska deal, the way I read it he hired an attorney from Anchorage for that deal.

I can speak to what happened in Alaska.
Ted Nugent took a shot at a black bear and grazed him, in Alaska that is considered "taking" an animal, he then shot and killed another, which means he took two animals when he was only supposed to take one.
The is to prevent people from wounding an animal and not following it up.
The animal Nugent grazed was not actually wounded in any meaningful way which is why he let it go.
That is also why he did not go to jail, fish and game violations are treated pretty harshly.
He had Wayne Anthony Ross as his attorney, I know him and like him, NRA board member.
Having worked Secret Service details, all threats are followed up and individuals are interviewed along with family, neighbors and co-workers.
One detail I worked on detained an individual for seventy-two hours until POTUS left town (it was President Ford).
What Nugent went through was standard operating procedure and had nothing to do with being for against Obama, he threatened POTUS and was interviewed.
In most other countries he would have been disappeared, then been released after being tortured and given a special chemical cocktail that made him drool like a dog looking at a hamburger.
You can talk all you want about POTUS, just don't make a threat or you will get a "visit".

These days most threats against any person are usually taken more seriously and the person making the threat will get hauled in, whether it is against their next door neighbor or POTUS.
Maybe that's a clue about about how you should not be a "d-bag" and threaten to hurt others.
Just a thought, we do need more civility.
In the bad old days you pretty much had to be able to back up a threat and many a duel whether with fists, knives or guns settled such matters, today we mostly use lawyers, remember I said mostly.
I know Ted Nugent was just spouting off but threats against anyone really should not be tolerated.
Ted, I like and respect you but get it under control..don't sound like some angry gangbanger or inbred trash, I know you are better than that.
We should not be those "Ugly American's".
Thanks
