I completely agree with THE NUGE he is dead right that there is no need for the court to make a decision or hear arguments the 2nd is quite clear. Any debate on the issue only illustrates that the 2nd and other amendments are open for interpretation, and thus laws are possible that can undermine our rights. We have got to stand up and make it known that we WILL NOT tolerate such foolishness. The law in D.C. is totally unconstitutional, and msot if not all weapons bans are aimed at what can be described as "arms" which we have a right and responsibility to bear.

Well there is a reason for them to hear arguments and the reason is people have violated the constitution.  In a perfect world there would be no laws that violate the constitution but our founding fathers knew this is impossible which is why we have the Supreme Court.  I love seeing the process designed over 200 years ago working as it should.

The only reason they were discussing the amendment so much is because this is the first case that directly sites it.

Thanks Mark.

Anyone care to find out about one of our enemies. These people are hypocrites, and are touting themselves as Bill of Rights Defense Commitee. Contact them about the 2nd and see what kind of response you get. This is the type that we are up against, and they get all manner of contributions because of their stated goal. Contact them and see for yourself.
