Both Kahles and Swarovski no longer produce a scope with the TDS Reticle. More and more are getting away from FFP scopes(First Focal Plane). Is anyone going to suck it up and pay TD Smith royalties for what is truly and awesome Long Range hunting reticle for long range shooting? It is even better when combined with a FFP scope.

tds is good, but the leo varmit and the Zeiss rapid Z are better, and more FFP scopes are being made now than ever before. Leo introduced more in the mk4, NF now has ffp, premier will be ffp,

Leupold Varmint cannot be seen in low light.  Especially in a Leupold scope.  Rapid Z is available in Conquest which is SFP therefore you have to be concerned about what power your scope is on(same for the Leupold)  NF and Premier are HEAVY for hunting purposes.  It was nice to have an SB sent to Premier for a custom reticle but they are not doing that anymore now because they are too busy getting ready to debut their 40oz scope.

I think the SFP aspect of the Rapid-Z lends to its flexability, and maybe its popularity. I can use one on a number of different rifles, and elevations & temps, and still make it work as it's supposed to. I have no trouble seeing it in low light, and it performs very well for me. I can't be much help for a TDS scope, but you may want to watch the samplelist and see if one shows up.
