As noted in a previous post, I needed new rings in order install a scope having a larger diameter objective.  I ordered a set of Talley light weights. During the installation process I had mucked up a couple of the screws, and it was clearly my own fault.  I tried finding replacments locally with zero succuss.  I contacted Gary Turner of Talley and he offered to send replacements, free of charge.

He wasn't kidding.  Today the replacement screws arrived in the mail.   That kind of customer service certainly makes life easier and it's the sort of thing I won't forget.

Excellent, jackG.
Gary Turner has done the same thing for me. He is customer oriented to say the least.

I have had the same experience with Talley. Top Notch CS and one of the best rings and bases you can buy.
