I've searched their page, I've searched the web, no one is saying how many in-lbs to install Talley rings.

My Swaro is in there and I want it right!

I assume you are referring to the ring screws on steel rings.  I recently e-mailed Talley with this same questions.  Gary recommended 17 to 22 in-lbs torque for the ring screws.

Hope this helps.
