I have seen on riflescopes.com a few zeiss rings for sale without pics. I haven't heard anything about them. Are they available now? Who makes them, is it zeiss or do they contract them out? Also I saw where some are made for special forces (link below), does anyone have any more info? Thanks.

Beats me. Nothing on the Zeiss website about them.

Thanks for bring that up, polarcow.

Looks like it's just 34mm rings for the mondo 72 mike mike objective "Sniper" scope they offer.

Zeiss brand rings have been out for a while I think late 2004, I saw some last year and they did not look ant better

than other high quality rings. I do not know if they are contracted out and the Zeiss name is put on or if zeiss makes

them. Anyway I own rings from PRI,Badger,GG&G,IOR,and Nightforce and these do not seem better.

They looked and felt like the Warne's to me.

Yeah I saw where b and h just added them to their sight a couple weeks ago and since swfa doesn't have any pics yet I figured they were new. Where did you see them at last year? I am more interested in their 34mm rings anyway. I have seen some examples of them in their hensoldt brochures but they have not been mentioned on their site or in their brochures specifically. Here is an example of the 6-24x72 with the 34mm rings. Not sure if I need that kind of height so I was hoping they make some a little shorter. I like their mount though, it looks like something they make themselves and if done right it negates the need to lap the rings.

As far as I know they only make them in one heigth and that is very high.

I think they are ok, but to high and expensive.

If anyone needs them please give me a PM and I can problably sell them to you.

Regards Technika

In Vegas and IMO I feel that they are overpriced for what you get.
