That is cool, like Tabasco, but the Chipotle Tabasco is much better than the original.

Only ever seen a Chipolte Chilli on American cooking shows, I must have a look and see if I can find some of that in SA. Like to try it.

If you can't get any let me know.  My father-in-law is going to South Africa in March, if he can bring a bottle with him, maybe I can get him to mail it to you, it is that good in my opinion.  I got him hooked on it at Christmas.

A chipolte is not that hot.  Some jalapeños are hotter.

Nice pic.
The Tabasco Chipotle is good stuff- great flavor!
Any attempts to drink a bottle of Tabasco Habanero (which seems tamed down), must have a delayed start. Going straight from the bottle wouldn't be fair, as it would take a long time to shake it all out, giving an effect similar to watering it down.

Drip it into shot glass(es) first.

Gotta love those endorphins...

Just got hold of a bottle of the Chipolte Sauce, my favorite Tabasco so far. Really intense smokey flavour and the heat is not overpowering.

Good stuff isn't it.  Makes a great addition to a marinade for smoking meat.

I am a sucker for spicy food, grew up in the Persian Gulf (oil field brat) and my Mom is cajun.  I grow habaneros, jalapenos, chipotles, and serrano peppers in the summer and dry them.  Once they are dried, I grind them to add to my meat rubs.  Works great or you can make your own marinades with the dry powder and the Tabasco.

Helo,

I won't sell it but can send you some rub if you want or I can send you some of the base powder and you can mix your own.
