All of these are good choices. What is the specific application?

Rifle will be used mostly for punching paper @ 100-600yrd range. It will also get used for medium size game when needed. I am not concerned with weight of set-up and actually thinking heavier the better for less felt recoil. Higher magnification is what I am thinking for the gun range and my eyes.I don't know if higher magnification will help in the accuracy equation=

Of the ones You listed. The only one I have personal experience with is the Zeiss conquest. I'd get this one if you intend to shoot 600 yds.

Minox Z5 3-15x50 another.I think though the SS is the best all around in the group.

I would certainly be interested to hear how your TC performs in actual use as it has  R5 rifling.
Since you are interested in shooting out to 600 yds you will need some type of system to compensate for trajectory of the bullet.  You should select either a balistic reticle or target / tactical knobs to dial in correction.  You also mention higher magnification which to me suggest a top end of somewhere between 16 and 24 and a bottom end of somewhere between 4x and 6.5x since you plan to hunt this if you can keep the bottom end at 6x or below you are better off. The down side to target / tactical knobs is that they tend to be large and catch on things and more range friendly than hunting friendly.  The down side to a balistic reticle is that it wont be exact but worse yet it only works at the maximum power of the scope and at lower powers it will not be true unless the scope is FFP first focal plane.  Of the scopes mentioned the Super Sniper 3-9x42 is the only one that is FFP also it is the only one of the group which I own and I have two of them both on 300 Win Mag rifles and it will work for your application.   Still I understant the desire for a higher power scope and I have a 5-20x50 Trijicon Accupoint green mil dot with tactical knobs and just bought a second one of those.  I would certainly consider owning a Zeiss Conquest and for your .308 they make a Z1000 reticle specifically for that caliber so that is definately one to consider.  I dont know if you have looked at the Sightron SIII line but their scopes are very nice and well worth consideration.    The  Meopta Meostar 4-16x44 sounds good but I am not familiar with their covered knobs so if you could dial in correction with it that might be a good choice as I like that power range.  I'll post the Trijicon I went with but illumination was an important consideration for me where it may not matter to you also know that it only has  50 moa of internal adjustment so OK for 600 yds but definately not a 1000 yd scope. The mil dots can be used for holdover or rangefinding.

Great looking stick Kev. I just happen to know what will be on top of it, excellent choice.
I have thousands of cases with the HK dent just waiting to be re-sized for that gun.
