I ordered a binocular from SWFA which turned out to be a little different from what I expected (my fault, not SWFA's. I should have done my homework before ordering).
They offer to exchange it for the product that fits my needs/wants better (they really did not have to, since it is my own damn fault).
Within three of hours, I get a RMA number to return the binoculars I have.
Within five hours, I get an e-mail that the binoculars I am exchanging for are shipped out to me.
Now that, ladies and gentlemen, is what customer service should be!
