I have this in a Low slightly forward Bobro mount and it's still way too high. With my SOPMOD stock i'm looking through the bottom edge of it. Is there a way to mount this lower?

You could use conventional rings. But you probably need to push the scope forward as well, as the 1-6 has about 3.75" inches of eye-relief, and yours looks a bit short.

If you would extend the stock and stand up straight, balanced over your feet your shooting stance would be better. Then this would place the head higher and further back on the stock for better alignment. Pull the forearm back closer to the body. Balance is way off. Balanced is steady.

Hmm.. I do shoot pistol a lot, if i stand up straight and keep the stock back further then the butt-pad is up on my collar bone, i thought that was bad?

Try putting the bottom tip of the stock in that little pocket iust below and right of your collar bone. If you do it that way you do not have to dip your head at all and the scope comes right to your eye
